ACADEMIC DIVISION
The Academic Division (DA) is composed of three sections (Undergraduate Section, Postgraduate Section and the Section of International Mobility) to which its areas of expertise and competence correspond. It is up to the DA to organize and update the student management information system, to ensure the updating of the information regarding the programs and curricula in force of the courses held in NMS | FCM and the permanent archive of the academic records, prepare the submission procedures and evaluation of the various Study Cycles in their areas of competence and to coordinate the activities of the secretariats of education from the academic and pedagogical point of view of the curricular units of the Integrated Masters in Medicine and the 2nd and 3rd Cycles of Studies of the NMS | FCM.

ACADEMIC DIVISION - UNDERGRADUATE SECTION
All the information about: deadlines for applications and enrollments, examinations, payment of fees, allocation of merit scholarships, among others, are available on the NMS|FCM’s website and posted on notices. Students who enter NMS|FCM shall, upon application and enrollment, require student identification card. The payment of fees and for the issuance of certificates and diplomas can be paid in the Treasury, through ATM system.

ACADEMIC DIVISION - SECTION OF INTERNATIONAL MOBILITY
The Section of International Mobility is, among other competences, responsible to support the mobility processes of its students and professors. Through the participation in various mobility programs, the Section of International Mobility has been developing a parallel network of agreements that allow for a wider range of optionsand level of diversity which is in accordance to the multitude of interests of its students.

OFFICE of STUDENT AID
The Office of Student Aid (GAA) aim is to support students in issues regarding teaching, learning and personal development. It works in close collaboration with the Pedagogical Council and the Directorate of NMS|FCM. The GAA focuses its assistance on areas of reception and forwarding of academic and psychosocial problems, by promoting communication within the College, the integration of displaced students, support to people with physical and sensory disabilities as well as their linkage with the Student Association.
